Subject: Leapday[12]

If someone wants a poor mans way of getting that good ole 46-et
experience, here's Leapday[12]. It can be used to retune anything from
the meantone era, only now major thirds will be nearly pure 14/11s,
and minor thirds pretty good 13/11s.
