Subject: diasynch34 - another circulating synch-tuned scale

This is Diaschismic[34] in the synch tuning, which is close enough to
34edo to give another circulating synch scale. Aside from the synch
tuned triads, we have two other kinds of major triads, one
distinguished by thirds 0.593 cents flat, and the other by fifths
6.609 cents sharp.
