Subject: Synstargam, a {81/80, 126/125, 1029/1024} 31-note Fokker block

When looking in the Scala archives for blocks to temper, I noticed
there did not seem to be any {81/80, 126/125, 1029/1024} blocks among
the "pipedum" scales listed. Since this is perhaps the single most
obvious choice for a 7-limit, 31-note scale I decided to find one.
There are 961 (31^2) such blocks, of all of these, one has ten otonal
and nine utonal tetrads, with 14 major and 15 minor triads. If you
compare this with the blocks in the archives, you can see it's doing
very well indeed.
