Subject: The double duodene

Here's another scale which fits into a compass of 24 notes to an octave, the Ellis duodene times 11/9 the Ellis duodene, tempered by 240et. Why 240, I hear you asking? All is explained here:

The double duodene has three step sizes, good for it. It is an 11-limit scale in the spectacle planar temperament, which tempers out 225/224 and 243/242. If you can't sound xenharmonic with it you ain't trying, but it also has lots of 5-limit triads and 7-limit tetrads to play with.
